F or the best service, please place your request or information in the correct e-mail address...as described below these next three "alerts."

HUGE Note #1: Our "direct" telephone number (1-786-375-8990) is not toll free. It goes through YahooPhone, over the internet, and if we are available and take the call (personally answer it with a human being) then your phone number will be billed the normal long distance charges to the 786 area code (Miami, FL); eventhough, your call is actually transferred to us in Tennessee. If we are not available, then you can leave a voice mail message and we will reply via email as soon as possible. We're sorry, but we do not return telephone calls or messages "by" more telephone calls or messages due to the time and expense involved.  By the way, the best time to reach us by telephone, when we are "most likely" to be available to answer your incoming call, is between 9:00 P.M., and 12:30 A.M., E.S.T (GMT-5).

BY THE WAY, if you want to get into a long conversation and you're worried about the cost, get and install Yahoo Messenger WITH VOICE, and call me free via computer to computer at aquiggly@yahoo.com VIA your headset...or your mic and speakers.


BILLING E-mail: This e-mail address is for messages that ARE related to BILLING questions, problems, or comments for the PriceTime Review. To CANCEL a subscription a to PTR you "must" GO TO YOUR PAY-PAL ACCOUNT. We cannot cancel it for you.

CANCEL e-mail: This e-mail address is for messages that ARE related to cancel subscription "questions, problems, or comments" (only) for the  PriceTime Review. To CANCEL a subscription to the PTR service you "must" GO TO YOUR PAY-PAL ACCOUNT. We cannot cancel it for you. At your Pay-Pal account (the one you pay PTR with of course) select "history" from the pull down tab, then find the last time you paid PTR, then click "details," and "cancel subscription." Pay-Pal will stop you're billing per their rules, and notify us by e-mail.

SUPPORT E-mail: This e-mail address is for HELP and SUPPORT for SUBSCRIBERS ONLY to the PriceTime Review service. PLEASE MAKE SURE...you have included your PTR "UserName" and "Password."  Also, we're sorry to say it but we do not have time to discuss any theory, trading methods, or calculation techniques... VIA E-MAIL. If you want to talk theory then you'll need to pop for a phone call (see above), which will automatically curtail most long winded types...like myself. Know what I mean?  

COMPLAINT E-mail: This e-mail address is for messages that ARE related to anything about the  PriceTime Review you don't like, would like to see improved, or just plain want raise h8%@ about. Go ahead give it to me, I'll never cancel anybody for speaking their mind. Now, you get to "slamming" me a alot then that's a different story...be nice!  

COMMENTS E-mail: Anything not covered by the other e-mail listings.

LOGIN E-mail: This e-mail is only for subscribers who are having problems logging in to our site. This is our highest priority email and we check it "about" every six hours. DO NOT FORGET that you can retrieve a Username or Password by using the "lost password" link at the login screen...here:  <lost Password or Username> . Your password and/or username will be sent ONLY to your valid email address that was stored within our server at the time you signed up at Pay-Pal. If that email address is no longer valid, then you need to send us an e-mail with the new address, and this location ( login ) is the correct email address for that purpose.

If you have "misplaced" your ID or PW and you need to get in as quickly as possible, then SEND an e-mail AND call us by telephone. IF we do not answer within two or three rings then shout "password help" into the phone (don't ask why because you don't want to know). If we still don't answer then leave a message on that phone service, and we will reply if that message was able to reach us, and we do have a pager and cell phone "alert" from that answering service message box. If you do not make contacted with us in any reasonable time period and you're "hot" to get into the site, then here is something you may be interested in. You can go through "subscribe" via PayPal again, be charged another $8.00, and be sent back to PTR to where you can enter a new Username and Password, which should (heaven willing) get you into the site. After that, keep calling or sending an email to us at your convenience and tell us what happened, and we will then send you your orginal Username and Password. After that, you  and you can go to PayPal at your convenience and cancel the second subscription. After which, you notify us and we will refund your second $8.00 via a refund to your PayPal account. However, we do not directly refund to credit cards.
