The only reason we are making it available at NO COST to--anyone who request it, subscribers or otherwise--IS BECAUSE I paid $1,100 for the material back in 1999 and NOW "someone," or actually a GROUP of someone's, have decided to copy it and SELL IT on the cheap.

While I'm not sure what the copyrights are by now, some many, many, years after Mr. Gann wrote the courses and even many years after his death, it does appear as though the material still has legal protection, for what little that seems to be worth, since it was published after 1926 and before 1974.

After notifying the publisher and law firm that "claims" to hold those copyrights, as to this outright "bootlegging" going on by a certain "group," which is more likely just one guy in his basement out to make a fast buck, and having recieved no reply from either, we decided to fight fire with fire and give it away ourselves until, or IF, those legal copyright holders become interest enough to take action.

I'm going to follow this GIVE IT AWAY plan UNLESS, or UNTIL, someone shows me that I'm doing something illegal AND "they" also NOTIFY that "GROUP" as to the same.

THEN, if that group decides to shut down their "selling" the material, I'll stop giving it away. Until that happens, if it happens, tell all your trading friends where they can get it for a "FREE"...with NO ADS, NO COME-ONS, and NO "fee" of any kind."

BY THE WAY, "that certain group," claims to have "FREE GANN," when in FACT you have to pay them $50-$100 to become a MEMBER in order to gain access to the actual download. THIS IS OF COARSE, outright false advertising and everyone should be very cautious about dealing with liars and thieves regardless of the "bargain" they pitch to the public.

In addition, I have found some major discrepancies in their Gann Master Courses in relation to the ones I purchased back in 1999, and that makes me wonder just where this "scanned in" material actually originated from.

On top of all that, IF anyone is "very serious" about using Mr. Gann's methods as their "primary" trading platform, then they "should" think real long and hard about buying the "real deal" materials from one of the reputable publishers and re-printers...like Lambert-Gann Publishing .
