IMPORTANT NOTE: 
  As of 3/1/2005...PayPal does not require you to have or even
setup a PayPal account in order to subscribe to the PTR by credit
cards--that feature is now optional

at the bottom right of PAYPAL's "final screen," or PTR's ID-PW entry form will fail.





After paying for your subscription through Pay-Pal,

BE SURE TO  click   "CONTINUE"

at the bottom right of their "final screen."



    As long as your subscription payment was valid and you clicked continue at the PAYPAL screen, they will send you an email confirming your subscription and returned you to the PriceTime Review web site automatically (assuming everything always works as planned).

    After returning here you will select your own USER I.D. and PASSWORD for access to the PriceTime Review service (using SSL).  If you fail to click "continue" at the Pay-Pal payment screen, then the only why we have of knowing you signed up is by the email that Pay-Pal will (should) send us.  Of course, it may take us many hours or more than a day to find out that you paid but didn't get back to our sign-up page to select your username and password.

   If you fail to get back from PayPal to the PTR screen where you select your UserID and PW, then you need to contact us and we will  have to check your subscription and enter a ID and PW manually into the PTR subscription manger.  The email, fax, and telephone numbers to contact us are at <Contact PTR>.

   After you select your Username and PASSWORD for the PTR web site, we will also send you an email confirmation with that UserName and Password for your records. If you decide to cancel the subscription, then that will also be done through Pay-Pal. You can go directly to your Pay-Pal account or use our "cancel subscription" button (on the PTR Home Menu). WE CANNOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION DIRECTLY, AS IT MUST BE CANCELED THROUGH PAY-PAL. If you use our button, all it does is send you to PayPal and pre fills in some data.

  AFTER you are automatically RETURN TO the PriceTime Review's subscription page, from Pay-Pal, You will then select your own USERNAME and PASSWORD. After that, you will be transferred to the pricetime.net LOG IN page, were you will enter the Username and Password you just selected. After you sign in, you'll be taken to the subscribers introduction. Please take the time to read that short introduction. After you finish the introduction, there is a link on that page to take you to the subscriber's main menu, were you can roam at will. Or, you can paste this address
http://www.pricetime.net/ptr/ptr.html into your browser and hit "go." IF you forget your Username or Password, it can be automatically retrieved using your valid Pay-Pal email address... from a selection on PTR's login page , which can be accessed from the PTR home menu, or at http://www.pricetime.net.

   If your subscription passes through PAY-Pal without any problems then your USER ID and PASSWORD  will be validate by our server script very soon after leaving Pay-Pal and returning here. This whole process "usually" only takes about three to five minutes. However, if Pay-Pal kicks the information back to PTR due to a billing problem, OR any other problem within the process (not necessarily yours), then we will contact you at your Pay-Pal e-mail address, provided it's sent to us. This process can taken many hours or even days, so we recommend you e-mail us at <subscription help> if you have not received either a confirmation/password or an explanation by email within two (2) business days.  For any other problems or questions with BILLING please contact us at the e-mail address below.   By the way, there is more login-help at this link, near the bottom of the page, listed under...login.

No information placed with PTR will be transferred to anyone else,
unless required by federal law and judicial orders, and it will only be used by PTR for the administration of our service.
